Micro Re-texturizing can also be referred to as “microneedling” or “collagen induction therapy”. It is a procedure that uses very fine needles to create small injuries into the skin. By creating these small injuries we stimulate your skin’s natural healing response triggering new collagen. This results in tighter, smoother, healthier looking skin.

We use Micro Re-texturing to treat a variety of conditions including acne scarring, stretch marks, uneven texture, large pores, fine lines, and scars.

How many treatments do you need?
The number of treatments varies per patient and is determined by your cosmetic provider. However, most patients need 3-4 treatments spaced 4weeks apart.
What is the procedure like?
During your appointment your cosmetic provider will assess the treatment area to determine if you are a good candidate for the procedure. A topical numbing cream is applied prior to the treatment for about 30 minutes.
